I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of nursing experience. My degree from CSU San Marcos as well as a rigorous externship at UCSD outpatient psychiatric services provided me with a well-rounded training and experience. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan. I believe mental health and wellness is a journey guided by support, empowerment and growth. I provide a compassionate, collaborative and safe space to help guide my clients in this process of healing.
