Spravato (esketamine) CIII Nasal Spray is indicated, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, for the treatment of: Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) in adults, and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.

Both can help lift the symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder (and also the depressive symptoms associated with some other conditions) Ketamine has also demonstrated benefit for anxiety disorders.
