I take a Holistic Approach when addressing Your Psychiatric Care. I feel that Psychotherapy, Medication Management, Diet, Nutrition, Exercise and a Good Support System are essential Pieces to a Healthy Mind and Body. A D.O. or Doctor of Osteopathy undergoes the same training as an M.D. The key difference is that D.O.'s receive extra training in the interconnected system of nerves, muscles and bones that make up two-thirds of your body.
