I am a psychiatrist who believes in helping people to empower themselves. With good communication and effective medication management, the patient can achieve good treatment goals. My interests include depressive disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder,insomnia,concentration issues and motivational problems.
I now also offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treatment as a non invasive treatment for Major Depressive Disorder .
I use the biological and social approach to psychiatry. Medications are used after obtaining a detailed understanding of the issues that are causing the symptoms.
I have been working in the Capital District for 25 years and I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes and in private practice. I also provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treatment.
