As a Black woman who has spent over 12 years as an EMT, I have a special passion for supporting first responders, veterans, and "high functioning" individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I know what it means to carry the weight of this work, and I strive to create a space where first responders, veterans, and anyone I work with, can share their story with someone who has genuinely walked in their shoes. I believe mental health care should be approachable, culturally sensitive, and rooted in real human connection. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to take the next step toward healing.
I am passionate about serving various communities of Tennessee, especially first responders and people of color. I integrate and prescribe medications in an evidence-based way along with a collaborative approach. I also offer holistic alternatives to medications. I am currently accepting folks from TN, WA, OR, and FL!
