I provide compassionate, individualized care with over 20 years of nursing experience. I work best with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to find balance in their daily lives. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, mood instability, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, or life transitions that feel difficult to manage alone. You may be seeking clarity, emotional stability, improved focus, or relief from symptoms that are impacting your relationships, work, or sense of self.
Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to treatment. We’ll review your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, and any previous mental health treatment. I’ll also ask about your goals and what you hope to gain from care, so we can create a plan that feels right for you.
One of my greatest strengths is my 20+ years of nursing experience, which allows me to approach mental health care with deep clinical insight, compassion, and a whole-person perspective.
