Hi, I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I help people feel better by finding the right medications to support their mental health. I believe good care starts with kindness, listening, and building trust. I take time to get to know each person because everyone’s experience is different. We’ll work together to find a plan that feels right for you.
I work with teens, adults, and older adults. I provide care for people dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and psychotic disorders.
I try to make people feel comfortable and truly heard. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe opening up and talking about what’s really going on. I want our conversations to feel like a real connection, where you feel supported, understood, and never judged. We’ll work through things together, at your pace.
