It's never too early or too late to get the help you need and I work collaboratively with my patients to develop the most personalized treatment plan, including a balanced approach between medication management, therapy, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle interventions. I am dedicated to helping everyday adults, from various cultures and backgrounds, to cope with their unique struggles. My patients are the center of my practice.
I also provide second opinions and diagnostic evaluations. I utilize genetic testing and provide specialized referrals if needed. I prefer to work jointly with your therapist to provide the best care possible. I also have a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community, pregnant/postpartum women, and treatment-refractory mood disorders.
