Welcome to Elevated Psychiatry, I'm glad you're here! As a dual board certified psychiatrist, it is my goal to not only give you a diagnosis and treatment plan, but also to put you at ease with psychiatry. To me, seeing a psychiatrist should be no different than seeing a Cardiologist for your heart, or a physical therapist for your broken leg. You just want a better quality of life! I enjoy treating adults with depression, anxiety, panic, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and sleep problems. I am also trained in psychosomatics and am very comfortable treating medically complex patients and pregnant women.
You deserve more than a 15 minute assessment and 5 minute med checks. You deserve a well trained physician who sees you as a whole person, deserving of help, who will actively listen and propose treatment with your goals in mind. I offer individualized treatments, including medication, therapy, and focus on wellness (exercise, nutrition, and self-care).

Diagnosis/diagnoses will be reviewed in detail, along with a personalized treatment plan. Medications may be part of a treatment plan. Ample opportunity for questions is given. Follow up frequency is determined based on acuity and need.
