I offer psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy for those seeking a deeper understanding of their emotional lives — especially when certain feelings, patterns, or inner conflicts seem to get in the way of living more fully.
My approach centers on thoughtful, attuned listening — to both what is spoken and what may be unspoken, unconscious, or harbored in the body. Together, we explore your inner world with curiosity and care, helping you uncover meaning, transform unwanted patterns, and move toward greater emotional freedom. I bring a steady commitment to your growth and a deep respect for the uniqueness of your mind.
My training in child/infant psychiatry helps me to work with emotional issues and early trauma that may be pre-verbal and difficult to access. I have a background in music and the visual arts that allows for creativity to be a part of our work. I also have an interest and experience in psychological aspects of body concerns.
