As an Advanced Practice Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist Psychotherapist, I have over 35 yrs. experience in health care with all ages and a wide range of mental health and physical conditions, and 25 yrs. experience providing psychotherapy for adults. I work holistically and draw from a wide variety of frameworks, trainings, and experiences.
My method is somatically based, relational and compassionate, and integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, neuroscience, somatic therapeutic touch, mindfulness, meditation, the Enneagram, and more (please see my website).
