I have extensive experience working with underserved communities with diverse mental health diagnoses across the lifespan. My areas of focus include: Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, Bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I also have experience working with incarcerated patients at several county jails, various acute and in-patient settings, and community mental health
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I utilize and apply evidence-based psychotropic regimens, but also like to incorporate non-pharmacological interventions. During sessions, I integrate psychotherapy to address your immediate needs.
