My ideal clients are individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, burned out, or unsure of what their next step should be. Many people seek care because they want to better understand their symptoms, explore medication options, or finally feel like they have a provider who listens and takes their concerns seriously. I believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and the two are directly connected. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and more in control of their care. Together, we work on understanding what may be contributing to symptoms and creating a personalized treatment plan.
As a board-certified PMHNP, I offer medication management with supportive psychotherapy when appropriate. I help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, autism, PTSD, stress, sleep issues, and life transitions. My experience with veterans has shaped my thoughtful, collaborative approach to care.
