I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Nursing Degree with a specialty in Psychiatric and Mental Health from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have worked in the behavioral health setting for over ten years. I aim to decrease the stigma associated with mental health by encouraging and assisting you to take charge of your health, not just physically but mentally as well. I look forward to assisting you to reach your life goals and live your best life.
I provide psychiatric and mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Conditions treated include but are not limited to ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, DMDD, Grief, Insomnia, Mood Disorders, OCD, ODD, and PTSD.
I had worked in several healthcare settings but knew I needed to do more. I attended a job fair at a behavioral health facility in 2011 that changed the course of my career and life. Upon hire and subsequently working with the healthcare team at the facility, I realized I had found my niche.
