My ideal client is a child who is struggling with emotions or behaviors, or an adolescent who has increasing anxiety or depression, or an adult who feels burnout or suffers from traumatic disorders. I see clients ages 5 and up for medication management and therapy, and I hope to make you feel safe, seen, and heard. After 15 years of experience working in children's and women's mental health, and as a mother of a high-needs child, I am passionate about helping you live the highest quality of life.
I specialize in autism, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and trauma. I practice with both personal and clinical experience in behavioral disorders, autism, ADHD, and OCD. After 15+ years in NICU and women's health as an RN, I am able to think critically, identify concerns, and adjust quickly in a high-acuity setting.
