Parents want to see their child more regulated and confident, while adults often want clarity, relief, and a better understanding of their own minds. I specialize in functional and integrative psychiatry for children, teens, and adults, with a focus on neurodevelopmental and neurodivergent disorders. ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD and emotional dysregulation. My work begins with careful listening and a thoughtful, whole-person evaluation.

I look beyond symptoms to understand the nervous system, life stressors, developmental history, and family or relational dynamics that may be contributing. Medication is considered when appropriate, but it’s never the only approach. Education, collaboration, and practical tools are central to the work.
