My Mental Health, LLC was founded by Dr. Hanita Chhabra in 2014. We are honored to be celebrating ten years in practice! We are a small and privately owned mental health practice that offers compassionate and comprehensive care to adult clients. We have learned a lot over our decade in practice including that we do best participating with only a few insurances to limit the amount of work on administration and billing so we can focus on delivering the best possible care to our clients. For the same reason, we have also scaled back from having numerous locations to just focus on having one large office in Glen Burnie.
We are a multispecialty office with 5 Medication Providers and 8 therapist. We offer in office and telehealth appointments.
Here at MMH we are here for your journey. From the start of treatment, on going treatment and recovery. Medication management and therapy together is a power duo to reach your goals.
