I was born and raised on the West Coast but have spent a significant amount of time in the Northeast as well. I did my undergraduate studies at Cornell University and received my medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Afterwards, I did my first two years of psychiatry residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia before its closure in 2019 and completed the remainder of my training at Temple University Hospital. Throughout the years I have worked in multiple settings including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, consultation-liaison services, and crisis response centers.

Olga Wray is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with adults aged 18 and older. Olga builds a therapeutic relationship based on honesty, trust, and mutual respect. Her focus is to help patients become aware of their inner strengths and achieve the highest levels of functioning. She approaches this by providing a safe space, listening to the concerns, and customizing their treatment plan. Olga's experience enables her to offer the best and most effective evidence-based individualized treatment.

Joe is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 2011. Afterwards, he attended the Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the Department of Defense and accredited by the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He was awarded a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree and commissioned as an Officer in the US Army.​ As a PA, Joe has worked in variety of settings - including Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and has extensive knowledge in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine from years of service in the substance use rehab industry.

Through a thorough understanding of the patient in the beginning, present, along with future hopes, treatment goals and targets can be identified. With my patients I will mainly focus on medication management and psychotherapy. I am comfortable treating a broad spectrum of diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and OCD. I am board certified in adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I received my B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.

New Visions Medical Group was founded by Dr. Rodney Collins and is comprised of many psychiatrists, therapists and nurse practitioners who all specialize in mental issues and process disorders. Tara Mauro, DO is a board certified psychiatrist licensed to practice medicine in California. Her core practice is in general psychiatry. Dr. Mauro has served the military for 13 years with a tour to Iraq. She has served as a Medical Director in both Addictions and Psychiatry where she has trained medical students, residents and physician assistants. She has transitioned to the Civilian sector where she has worked both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs to better help patients with anxiety and mood disorders.
