I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have been caring for individuals and families as a nurse for the last 14 years. I enjoy assisting my clients find comfort and relief through collaborative, holistic and judgment free approach. I have compassionately treated individuals at the crisis center with severe cases of sexual/physical trauma, depression, anxiety, mood swings, personality disorders, anger, and psychosis. Nothing is taboo.
My approach to care involves working as a team with the client and tailoring the treatment plan according to the needs of the client, I feel this approach allows for better compliance which results in positive outcomes.
In my sessions with the clients I have a listening ear that is judgement free, this allows me to provide the care that is specifically tailored to the needs of the client. My philosophy of practice also involves a holistic approach to care, this allows us to explore the root cause of the concerns.
