Currently accepting new clients in MT: I’m Michael Fallon, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Frontier Psychiatry. I take a holistic approach to mental health care that considers the full picture of who you are, not just a list of symptoms. I believe nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle are essential components of well-being, and I’m passionate about helping people integrate these into their mental health journey. I currently work with adults across the lifespan, and my background includes experience in outpatient care, emergency psychiatry, addiction treatment, and acute inpatient.
