Accepting new patient in person and online. About my practice, many of my clients have struggled with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and depression most often a combination. I work with my clients to find the best treatment plan suited to the individual, not the diagnosis. I listen to what has not worked in the past and adjust the plan. I incorporate not only a medication plan but also therapy, lifestyle modifications, and dietary adjustments. I am OK with supplements only if that is your comfort level. I meet my clients at their comfort level and carve a path toward optimal results.
I offer in-person and telehealth appointments. I am located in lovely downtown Saint Petersburg. As a mental health provider with first-hand knowledge of the complexities of ADHD, I have dedicated my practice to tailoring plans to help those struggling with daily activities and personal goals that seem to fall short because of attention deficit.
