Everyone's mental health journey is an individual experience and their mental health treatment should reflect that. My education and training as a PMHNP allows me to provide medication management and basic psychotherapy to help individuals better manage bothersome symptoms and mental health conditions. I pride myself on being relaxed and approachable and I prioritize creating an environment where you feel at ease and safe. I treat ages 6+. I offer extended visits (30-60 minute follow-ups) to better understand each individual person and how they are functioning in their daily lives. I believe that each patient should be involved in their treatment planning and I use my expertise to propose treatment options, but collaborate with each client to reach a plan that will work for them.
