I offer medication management and therapy, and sometimes work in a partnership with a patient’s existing therapist. I also help patients craft achievable plans for exercise, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. This can allow patients to live the richest possible lives with the fewest medications. Patients describe me as respectful, non-judgmental and effective.
In my prior career as a hospice chaplain and screenplay editor, I developed skills for helping people tell and understand their stories in new ways, weaving in themes of hope and empowerment.
