I offer treatment with medication and supportive psychotherapy for a variety of mental health challenges ranging from ADHD and neurodivergence to psychotic disorders. My approach is non-colonial therapy with DBT skills, CBT, and other supportive psychotherapies in conjunction with medication management. My practice is primarily online and I do have an office in Guilford, Maine for in-person appointments. I am currently accepting new private insurance clients and private pay, I am not currently accepting new Medicaid nor Medicare patients. Thank you for your interest!
