About
As a dual board-certified Psychiatric mental health and Family nurse practitioner with over 20 years in healthcare, I provide comprehensive evidence-based, holistic healthcare utilizing both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
I started my journey in the medical field in 2002 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Over the years, I continued my education earning my Associates Degree as an RN at Olive Harvey College in Chicago- BSN, MSN, FNP at Governors State University and PMHNP at Northern Kentucky University.
My FNP training includes Psychiatric and mental health, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family, Pediatrics, Geriatrics and Hospice/ end of life care. I was precepted by some of the top board-certified physicians at Northwestern Hospital and The University of Chicago Hospital and numerous clinics in underserved communities in Chicago and Texas.
