I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed to prescribe psychiatric medication to adults. As a nurse in the mental health field for over 30 years, I pride myself as a patient, empathic and introspective practitioner who views clients in a holistic manner.

The current focus of my practice is medication management for symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and other mood disorders.

My work is a team effort where together we find optimal solutions to mental health issues and come up with a plan that encompasses all aspects of a client's life. I am a judicious and conscientious medication prescriber and when clinically indicated, I feel medication can serve a useful purpose in providing relief to clients along with ongoing psychotherapy.
