Welcome! I’m Monica, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for mental wellness. Through my practice, it is my goal to help those who may be struggling to navigate the everyday pressures of life, managing ongoing mental health conditions or those who simply just need to feel supported and empowered. I specialize in the care of children, teens and adults in any stage of life. Together we will work to find the path to help you thrive. It is my mission to help tear down the stigma of mental healthcare and be able to provide my clients support in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly feel heard.
As a Psych Nurse Practitioner, I am a unique clinician, because I serve as a “one stop shop” for my clients. Medication and/or talk therapy are both effective treatment methods. I provide my clients with both. Being able to provide both interventions allows for more comprehensive, patient-centered care to provide you with a more holistic experience.
