I provide psychiatric medication management services for adolescent (as young as 6 years old) and adults, with specialty focus on perinatal mood disorders (preconception planning, pregnancy, and postpartum) and ADHD treatment & coaching. I believe mental health care should address the whole person—including sleep, nutrition, exercise, and faith. I bring a personal touch to each patient I meet, actively involving you in your treatment plan to ensure it aligns with your goals and values.
I’m dually certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwife. I have also completed specialty training and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider through PSI. I bring clinical expertise, personal experience, and compassionate care to support women and their families during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
