My goal is to create a space for patients to learn about their experiences and establish an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that actually works for them. I am a board-certified PMHNP providing medication management for adults via Telehealth across Massachusetts with specialities including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and substance use disorders. I accept commercial insurance to ensure treatment is affordable.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and individualized medication management. I support treatment that works in conjunction with therapeutic gold standards of care including ERP, I-CBT, and CBT-E. When medication is appropriate, I prioritize thoughtful prescribing and careful monitoring to support both effectiveness and tolerability.
I work collaboratively with you—and, when helpful, with other providers—to support meaningful, lasting progress while building understanding, stability, and confidence in your treatment.
