Hi, I’m Moji, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps teens and adults find balance, clarity, and relief from anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday stressors. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free, where you can take a breath and start untangling what’s been weighing on you. My approach is collaborative and compassionate.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another in a calm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, your past experiences, and your hopes for treatment. You’re welcome to share whatever feels important and to ask any questions along the way.
I’m especially well-suited to support adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, and those from marginalized or underserved communities.
