This program offers a structured, supportive space for teens and preteens navigating substance use challenges, emotional regulation, and behavioral health concerns. With virtual sessions held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:00–7:00 PM, we’re meeting youth where they are literally and emotionally. Each week includes: ?? Evidence-based group therapy ?? Adult IOP
The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Modern Psychiatry and Wellness provides a structured, supportive environment for adults seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Designed as a step-down from inpatient care or as an alternative to hospitalization, our IOP helps clients strengthen coping skills, build support networks, and sustain long-term recovery while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities. Program Format Schedule: 4 days per week, with 2 hour group sessions each day Format: Group therapy as the core component, with opportunities for individual sessions and family involvement as clinically indicated
