I am passionate about improving the quality of life of those who struggle mentally. This passion originated from my personal experiences with mental health. During our time together, my primary goal is to create a safe atmosphere for you to express and share your concerns. Together, we will design a plan guided by evidence-based practices, which we will monitor throughout for your most effective outcomes. Welcome to the practice of Dr. Mary Beth Lardizabal at Clarity Group. I currently am limiting my practice to physician coaching and addressing mental health needs of physicians. I have limited openings at this time. I care deeply about my physician colleagues and have a passion for supporting physicians during these difficult times. I have many years of leadership experience and supporting, coaching and mentoring physicians in a large health care system.

I am a psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience treating adults. I received my Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. I completed my residency training in psychiatry at the University of Minnesota. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have treated patients in multiple treatment settings including outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric units and electroconvulsive therapy. My area of interest is Women's Mental Health.

Ellie is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota. She works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with special interests in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression and anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Dr. Nelsen graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College, received a Fulbright Scholarship in Philosophy in Denmark and a National Science Foundation Chemistry Research Fellowship, received her MD from Cornell University and did her psychiatry training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where she was distinguished with a Research Award and Clinician Educator Award. She earned a Masters of Public Health at the University of Minnesota and pursued additional training in psychoanalytical therapy. She has been in practice for over 10 years and has been a leader in promoting mental health concerns state and nationwide.

I treat children, adolescents and young adults. I have a subspecialty interest in adolescent health and am an expert on how families can foster resiliency for their children and adolescents. I use a collaborative approach in my practice. I enjoy working closely with patients and their parents to assess, diagnose, and treat ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety. I believe in establishing a therapeutic alliance with all of my patients. I will work with each family to develop the best evidence-based treatment strategies to meet their identified treatment goals.

My education and very close experiences with mental health and addiction(s) in people close to me, have helped me understand better what you might be going through. After finishing Medical School, I trained to be a Psychiatrist in New York and then completed a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Yale University. I hold board certifications in both, General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry and have been practicing for 15 years. Adam Ellis is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has earned degrees from the University of California, Irvine, The George Washington University, and most recently, a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. He has worked with both adult and adolescent psychiatric populations since 2015, and he enjoys engaging with diverse patients who have a broad range of mental health needs. While serving 20 years as a naval officer, Adam developed strong active listening skills and a high level of consideration and respect for others.

Patients with mental health disorder struggle to be heard, respected and receive optimal holistic care. Thus, my goal is to provide culturally informed mental health care in populations across the lifespan for acute and chronic psychiatric disorders.

Sycamore Holistic Telepsychiatry LLC is a psychiatric, medication management, and psychotherapy-based organization. We treat patients across the lifespan by doing evaluations, providing medication management, and psychotherapy. We are mainly a telepsychiatry practice that provides outpatient holistic services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the needs of our clients. We also provide referrals for crisis intervention or acute level of care services when necessary. Our holistic approach to care is individualized and culturally appropriate. My clinic is named Being You Mental Health because I believe "being you" is a unique experience, and I feel honored to help my patients overcome barriers to becoming their most authentic and unique selves.
