I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I take pride in listening to people’s stories and learning who they are as an individual. Dr. Phan-Huy treats adults of all walks of life. Backed by medical and specialty training from the University of Michigan coupled with broad clinical experience, she provides bespoke care for various psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder and trauma-related disorders. Her treatment philosophy is to combine medication where indicated with psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I provide psychiatric care using medication management. I have always been passionate about mental health and wellness. My special interests include bipolar disorder, trichotillomania (hair-pulling), dermatillomania (skin-picking), and working with clients who wish to taper off benzodiazepines using a tailored protocol to minimize withdrawal. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) and can manage medications and mental health conditions during pregnancy, pre-pregnancy planning, and during the postpartum period (1 year after birth).

I am currently seeing clients aged 14 and up.
