I am a triple board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Nurse-Midwife with over 30 years of hands-on patient care across many outpatient settings. My education has been extensive: I earned my PMHNP post-masters certificate from the University of California, San Francisco, my FNP post-masters certificate from Sonoma State University, and my MSN in Women's Health Care and Midwifery from the University of New Mexico. I also pursued doctoral studies in prenatal and perinatal psychology with a focus on trauma repair at Santa Barbara Graduate Institute.
I provide comprehensive mental health care for teens, pairing thorough evaluations with medication management grounded in trauma-informed practices and motivational interviewing.
