I am a triple board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Nurse-Midwife with over 30 years of hands-on patient care across many outpatient settings. My education has been extensive: I earned my PMHNP post-masters certificate from the University of California, San Francisco, my FNP post-masters certificate from Sonoma State University, and my MSN in Women's Health Care and Midwifery from the University of New Mexico. I also pursued doctoral studies in prenatal and perinatal psychology with a focus on trauma repair at Santa Barbara Graduate Institute.
I specialize in whole-person mental health care for teens, offering thorough evaluations and thoughtful medication management. Rooted in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing, I meet each teen exactly where they are. In a warm, judgment-free space, teens feel heard, valued, and empowered to build confidence and grow into who they want to become.
