Welcome! I am an ANCC board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering telehealth appointments for clients aged 18 and above. I have a strong nursing background with over 28 years of experience in different mental health nursing roles. I received my post master's certificate from the University of South Alabama in 2019. Evidenced base care is the foundation of my practice. I work closely with patients to provide individualized patient care. I want you to feel heard and supported as we build a plan together taking into account what truly matters to you. You are not alone!
I offer evaluations and medication management with brief therapy for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, autism, and ADHD. I offer experienced care in the convenience of your home and offer varied hours to provide a schedule that works for you. I also offer Genesight testing for patients who need a more individualize approach.
Please reach out to schedule, I have recently expanded my hours and have openings available. I currently offer time on the following days.
Mondays- from 8 am to 8 pm
Tuesdays- from 9 am to 5 pm
Wednesday- from 8 am to 12 noon
I will be expanding as my schedule gets full.

Our private practice clinic offers in person and telehealth appointments, some providers are only able to provide telehealth as they are not located in Eugene. Our clinic has psychiatric nurse practitioners that provide medication management along with some therapy. Our nurse practitioners also offer Spravato treatment for patients that struggle with depression and have medication resistant depression. We also have therapists for talk therapy, at this time their practices are full and we have a wait list. Our Providers are committed to helping individuals discover their highest wellness experience through personalized, patient-centered care.
