As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy through a holistic approach. I understand that no two people have the same background and needs, so I aim to empower individuals by collaborating with my clients to design tailored approaches to treatments. In addition to medication management, I take into account all components that promote mental health including physical exercise, dietary choices, and environmental factors.
I treat children, adolescents, and adults from a wide array of backgrounds. I specialized in the Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at The University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, I was selected to join Dell Medical School's Integrated Behavioral Health Scholar program, where I was able to focus on underserved youth.
