As psychiatric providers, our primary focus is medication management. If you are looking for a personal, compassionate touch, that is our specialty. When struggling with our mental health, combining medication and therapy has been shown to be the most effective approach. While medication can be an important part of recovery and staying well, it is only one piece of the puzzle. We strive to combine medication management with small bits of individual therapy in such a way that it allows patients and family to feel heard, validated and comfortable in a non-judgmental space.
We provide expert psychiatric medication management for ages 5 to 65. Within medication management visits, we can offer some supportive therapy and teach coping skills. We value each individual's story, and truly take the time to listen. Our services do not take the place of therapy, and additional individual therapy is still recommended.
