Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, immigrants, or caregivers who feel overwhelmed yet continue to push forward. They seek clarity, emotional balance, and practical strategies to improve their daily lives without losing who they are.
I completed my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Johns Hopkins University and am a double board-certified PMHNP and Adult-Geriatric NP with over 25 years of clinical experience. I integrate medication management with evidence-based therapies such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive.
