Dr Rengifo is a Harvard trained board-certified psychiatrist who has expertise in medical education and diagnosing & treatment of various psychiatric conditions in adults. He completed his education at Cornell University and Rush Medical College as well as completing a psychiatry residency at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School. Most recently, he has an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor in Psychiatry through Brown Medical School in Providence, RI with several teaching awards. Dr Rengifo brings a passion for teaching and excellent beside manner to all his patients.

I am currently practicing in primary care in Providence, RI with a special interest in addiction medicine, treating opioid and alcohol use disorders. I often utilizes medication assisted treatments in the care of her patient populations. I am well versed in co-occurring psychiatric conditions that contribute to addictive disorders, as well as multi-modal treatment options. Katelyn Agnew is a Board Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. She has clinical and work related experiences in both inpatient and outpatient settings including Rhode Island Hospital, Butler Hospital and Bradley Hospital and has worked with patients age 4 to 98 with a variety of different mental health diagnoses. She treats clients age 10-50 with particular interest in the adolescent and young adult populations.
