Our clinic treats ages 5 & up. Sessions are conducted virtually (using a HIPAA compliant platform). We understand that medication management is not the only solution. The lifestyle that precipitated the stress response in the first plans needs to change. In addition to psychotherapy and medication management, we place high regards for modalities such as weight management, medical management, exercise, and sleep hygiene to combat the body’s inflammatory response, which exacerbates mental illness. We aim to uses the lowest effective dose and help people to eventually not depend on medication.

Maggie is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Neuroscience from Miami University. Since 2013 she has worked in various settings, such as: community mental health, private practice, corrections, and skilled/assisted nursing facilities.

Kailee Lenczycki is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Kailee has experience treating a diverse range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and more. She understands her patients are dealing with their mental health while trying to fulfill their responsibilities at work and home. Kailee uses a holistic treatment approach, seeking not only to minimize illness, but to maximize wellness. She has been working with patients since 2016 and treats those ages 16 to 65.

To build treatment plans in partnership with you I take the time to understand your concerns, goals, values, strengths, challenges, and preferences as well as providing the information you need to understand and make informed decisions about your diagnosis and treatment options. I have shifted my focus in recent years from medical to mental health care.
