I work with adolescents (13+) and adults up to age 64. Whether you're struggling with focus and anxiety, a new mother navigating the unexpected emotional weight of postpartum life, a woman in perimenopause whose mood feels unrecognizable, or an adult who has been managing depression or PTSD for years — I want to help.
