When I think of my ideal client no one thing comes to mind, I work with people who feel they are easily distracted, bored; chronically moody, sad; anxiety prone, easily flustered, frazzled; underperforming athletes or Executives. As well as professionals who struggles to switch hats to disengage from work and be able to attune and connect with loved ones to be able to enjoy more satisfying work relationships, productivity and build a family legacy worthy passing on. I help clients through transformational leadership coaching as well as medication and therapy to work through unresolved grief to improve their mental health.
As a neuroscience minded and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy trained child & adult psychiatrist, I offer a blended care option of academic, athletic performance, parenting and transformational leadership coaching for mild, moderate and medication and therapy for moderate to severe and persistent brain based disorder.
Together with my clients and their family, our hard work of mutual-modal therapy, along with their Therapist when necessary, collectively enlarges one’s capacity’ to re-connect with other people, learning or work tasks and life in general in more satisfying ways!
