Seeking psychiatric care can feel overwhelming—especially if you’ve tried medication before and didn’t feel heard, or if you’re unsure whether medication is right for you. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults.
I work collaboratively with you to understand your symptoms, history, and goals before making treatment decisions. My approach to medication management is careful and individualized focused on finding the lowest effective dose, minimizing side effects, and regularly reassessing what’s working and what’s not.
I commonly treat anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and stress-related concerns. For ADHD, I provide structured evaluations and ongoing monitoring when medication is prescribed, with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and realistic expectations.
Appointments may include brief supportive therapy alongside medication management, helping you better understand patterns, coping strategies, and lifestyle factors that affect mental health. I value clear communication and aim to create a space where questions and concerns are always welcome.
