Hi. I'm RoyLynn Underwood, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’m passionate about kindness, grace, and honoring your authenticity. They're essential parts of being human. At MindFlow, I help create a safe space where you can navigate your mental health and grow resilience in a way that honors your life experiences. I don’t judge! I am especially passionate about eating disorders and enjoy treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, suicidal thoughts, and stress disorders.

I use Unified Protocol in my practice as it provides awesome skills for managing times when your emotions feel out of check and over the top. This skill building therapy is helpful for many different situations, but especially during high anxiety, low moods, or impulsive behaviors. While there is an entire course of treatment you can complete, skills can be weaved throughout any treatment plan.
