I work with clients who find themselves depressed, anxious, difficulty concentrating, irritability, trouble sleeping or sleeping too much, and just feel stuck and not sure how to feel and think better emotionally. I work with you as a team to help you determine what works best for you! During the initial session, I review your history and we work together to determine the next steps which may include medication and/or supplements.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide medication management and support to problem solve and treat your symptoms. I also incorporate nutrition and supplements because sometimes that may be the root of what is causing your symptoms. We offer Spravato which is FDA approved for treatment resistant depression.
