Welcome to Your Healing Journey! If you're seeking a supportive partner in your path toward recovery, you’ve come to the right place. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I, Kristy, am here to collaborate with you, providing tools and strategies that empower your growth. Together, we will clarify your psychiatric diagnoses and select evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique needs, whether that includes medication, non-medication modalities, or a combination of both. My approach is neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, body- and sex-positive.

I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages—from children and adolescents to geriatric populations—addressing a diverse range of psychiatric concerns, from mood & eating disorders to ADHD. I also hold specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Health at Every Size (HAES) with Autism Center of Excellence (COE) certification.

You can choose between 30-minute follow-up visits or more extensive 60-minute sessions, allowing us to tailor our time together to best fit your needs. My training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) uniquely positions me as your prescriber to offer medication management in a way that aligns with the internal "parts" work you may already be doing with your therapist. I use IFS techniques in our session as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support your recovery.
