You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, or struggling with intense emotions, panic, or relationship challenges. Some people I work with are seeking support for acute concerns like emotional dysregulation or panic attacks, while others want deeper, insight-oriented therapy to understand long-standing patterns. You may be looking for a therapist who is calm, thoughtful, and able to balance practical tools with meaningful emotional exploration.

You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you or unsure why certain challenges keep repeating. Many of the adolescents and young adults I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, or major life transitions. You may be looking for a therapist who is direct, validating, and skills-focused, and who can help you better understand patterns while building tools to move forward with more confidence.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, academic stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I became a therapist after many years as a teacher, tutor, and executive function coach, and that background continues to shape my work with teens and young adults today. Therapy with me is a place to build self-compassion, clarify goals, explore identity and purpose, and strengthen your connection to yourself and your values.
