I am a Dual Board Certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that services clients across the life span. I am trained in diagnosing and treating numerous mental health disorders such as: depression, anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and many others. I work closely with my clients and their therapists to develop a treatment plan best suited to their lives and resources. My goal is to provide a positive experience to help you find the balance with self care and self awareness.
During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. We will spend time discussing what brought you in, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment.
