Welcome to Integrated Family Behavioral Health & Counseling PLLC! I'm Mihaela Vladu, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. My journey in this profession has been driven by a deep commitment to helping clients achieve mental wellness and reclaim their lives. I provide compassionate, personalized care to adults, children, and adolescents, with a focus on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I will ask questions about your current concerns, mental health history, and what brings you to seek support at this time.
