She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University then went on to graduate from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. Dr. Cobbett completed residency and fellowship training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. She is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi. Dr. Cobbett has practiced in various settings, including acute care, inpatient and outpatient private and community mental health centers.
